We’re upgrading to a better platform to improve your charging experience:

  • Faster performance and easier navigation  
  • Charging across the whole Eleport network in Europe with one app – including Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Chroatia and Slovenia 
  • Fresh, user-friendly design 
  • Enhanced features and tools 
  • Pay-as-you-go option for business users 
  • More reliable service and higher charger uptime

Migration begins in the early hours of September 15th. 

  • September 15 – charging will only be possible through the new app.
  • September 30 – old app fully shut down.  


Make sure to switch to the new app before September 15 to avoid disruptions.

Action Required by September 15:  
 

   1. Download the new Eleport app. Find it in the App Store or Google Play

       Important: The old app stops working on Sept 15 and will be removed Sept 30 

     2. Add your email and proceed with the new login process.  

     3. Add your payment method


     After logging in, go to Menu > Payment and add a valid card to start charging.

     RFID cards will be migrated to the existing customer account. 
  


     Important: Need your charging history? Download it before Sept 30 — it won’t transfer to the new app.  

Your old password is now deleted. To access our new mobile app, please enter your email and follow the steps to set up a new password when you log in for the first time. 

Yes. To start charging with the new app, please add a valid payment method.  
From September 15 onward, all sessions will be charged automatically on a pay-as-you-go basis, replacing monthly invoices for Business customers.  

Before your charging session starts, Eleport will automatically reserve €35 (150 PLN in Poland) to ensure sufficient funds. Once the session ends, the actual amount is charged, and any unused portion of the reservation is refunded to you.  

Your account and RFID tags will move with you to the new system.

  • Poland: Just log in with your existing email — everything stays the same.

  • Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania: You can now log in with your email for the first time. Please use the same email address where you’ve been receiving Eleport notification emails.

To start charging, don’t forget to add a valid payment method in the new app.

To use an RFID tag go to:

Menu > RFID Cards > Add RFID and follow the instructions to link your tag.  

No, past session data won’t carry over. Please download any needed history or receipts before September 30.
