Łódź, August 2026
For most EV drivers, the question is no longer whether a charger exists nearby. It is whether one will be free when you need it, and if there’s something to do around it while charging.
Eleport’s newest hub with 8 ultra-fast plugs at Manufaktura in Łódź is built to answer that question with a big yes. The location helps too: Manufaktura is one of Poland’s most recognisable retail, entertainment and cultural destinations and one of the most visited in Europe, with over 21 million guests a year.
Eleport has partnered with Manufaktura to deploy the new ultra-fast charging hub at a landmark spot on site, right by the car park entrance off Drewnowska street. The site puts a high-power top-up at a destination that combines shopping, restaurants, cinema, and cultural venues inside a converted 19th-century textile factory complex.
8 ultra-fast DC charging points, with room to grow to 12.
The new Eleport site at Manufaktura includes:
- 8 ultra-fast DC charging points at launch, with the option to expand to 12
- Up to 400 kW per plug
- 600 kW total site capacity, dynamically distributed across the charging site
You can find the station here.
As per usual with Eleport, charging at the Manufaktura site is easy when using the Eleport App.
More than “just another hub” for Eleport in Poland
This is not a routine site addition. Manufaktura is one of the symbols of modern-day Łódź, and the location also sits in the geographic centre of Poland, putting it within reach of drivers passing between Warsaw, Wrocław, Poznań, and beyond.
– The Eleport hub at Manufaktura demonstrates what modern EV charging should look like – fast, convenient, and located where drivers can make good use of their time. Thanks to its position along the natural travel routes connecting Poland’s largest cities, the site offers significant potential for both local residents and the fast-growing number of EV drivers across the country. For Eleport, this is a strategic investment that strengthens the availability of ultra-fast charging where it is needed most – emphasises Paweł Doleciński, Country Manager at Eleport.
– Over the past few years, we have seen growing interest in EV charging. Many of our guests already use chargers regularly, and they will certainly appreciate the option of fast charging while shopping, dining at a restaurant or going to the cinema. We see this investment and partnership as a way to stay ahead of our guests’ evolving needs – says Monika Langner, Press Officer at Manufaktura.
This location places Eleport at a destination that the surrounding region’s EV drivers were going to visit regardless, letting the car top up while their day carries on as planned.
It fits right in with Eleport’s focus on building chargers in premium locations, where EV drivers can be certain it takes just 30 seconds to fill the battery up. That’s because it is roughly the time it takes to plug in, with the rest of the time spent visiting Manufaktura and returning to see a full battery.

About Manufaktura
Manufaktura in Łódź is one of Poland’s most recognisable retail, entertainment and cultural destinations, and one of the symbols of modern-day Łódź. It was created within the revitalised complex of the former Izrael Poznański textile factories. Today, it brings together around 250 shops and boutiques, dozens of restaurants and cafés, museums, a cinema, a theatre, recreational facilities and outdoor events. At its heart is the more than three-hectare Rynek Włókniarek Łódzkich (Łódź Textile Workers’ Square) – a year-round meeting place for residents and tourists, hosting concerts, markets and other city attractions.
