Eleport is inviting offers for the purchase of its AC charging stations across Poland. As part of our strategic shift towards expanding a DC fast charging network, we are offering these stations for sale, including valid lease agreements and easement rights, free from legal defects.
This Request for Offers (RFO) serves as the first stage in the sales process, allowing interested buyers to express their interest and submit proposals. Eleport may conduct further rounds of the tender process, including negotiations with selected bidders.

Buyers must complete and submit Appendix 1 – List of Chargers for Sale and Appendix 2 – RFO Questionnaire. Additional documentation will be provided after signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
Eleport reserves the right to request proof of financial capability before proceeding with negotiations.
